    I just love salads and eat them almost everyday, but sometimes I can get little bored… So I am delighted to have found this review of best dressed 50 recipes.

    One thing I wanted to know though before getting too excited, what kind of ingredients are used in these salad dressings? I mean, are only healthy ingredients used? Would be nice to have some examples. Is extra virgin olive oil used or other oils etc…

    What makes me interested in buying this book is that it has different dressings paired to different types of greens. And a section of add-ons/toppings. Very astute of you to point that out in your review. It is important to think about salads, and this book will help you do that. I like this post.

    I also think your use of testimonials is very good – these are convincing. But, I think you have them a bit jammed together. I would space them out a bit.

    I think your whole site looks very interesting but I have only reviewed this one page on the “Best Dressed” cookbook. I hope this helps!

    We could use a little more greens at the dinner table in the evening. It is great to read that others really like this book.

    Reading this post was a good reminder to drink more veggies and less coffee! I will look into this book, thank you.

To cut back on your coffee intake you can try these. drink lots of water in the morning, it will help to cut your desire for coffee, Try something new, Dilute your coffee with water, Cut down on the amount of coffee you drink each day and don’t buy it.These are a few you can try, hope this help and have a good day.

    I have been eating salads for Years and love the way they make me feel. I have always eaten fruit and vegetables as long as I can remember. I got this habit from my Mom as she is a keen believer in the healing power of vegetables.
    I’m 55 years old now and most people say I don’t look a day over 40. My mom is 78 now and whilst many of her friends have passed on, she is still going strong!
    I would like to know if there is a way to spruce up salads so they can be more enjoyable to eat in the “colder” months?

To spruce them up you can add crushed nuts, avocados, healthy salad dressing like olive oil etc…, Beans, baked or grilled meats like chicken or turkey, adding herbs like garlic, chives, basil and so on.

    I love a good salad, but I always need a little bit of meat in there, I like cutting steak up in little fine bites and adding to my salad. Sounds like a book full of good ideas from both a taste and health stand point. Golden raisins, that’s another good little salad spruce, just came to me, how could I forget golden raisins?
