Three Foods That Burns Fat-scale-weight-loss
Scale weight loss

We are living in a day and time where persons are facing many health issues and a part of that issue comes from being overweight. What causes overweight is bad eating habits such as eating foods that are loaded with sugars and unhealthy oils, eating after hours, eating heavily before bedtime, and so on.

The effects of overweight include, stroke, high blood pressure, heart disease, breathing issues, poor blood circulation, diabetes, high cholesterol, always feel tired, trouble sleeping, kidney disease, gallbladder disease, joint pain, etc… so we can see from this list that being overweight is not a good thing.

Many years ago I read an article where a statement was made and the statement was “we dig our graves with our fork and knives,” that’s the result of having bad eating habits and the reality is many people have actually eaten themselves into the grave.

Just last week I watched a program that talked about persons who had bad eating habits and literally died because of overweight. So in like manner just as a person’s health deteriorates because of bad eating habits, we will with our fork and knives eat our way back to good health and that is good news.

Eat your way back to good health

Before we look at 3 foods that burn fat we must understand that there are other rules which govern the laws of health that we must follow which can help us along the way because these laws are so beneficial to our overall health.

Other laws to follow

1. Get 8 hours of sleep and stop burning the midnight oil.

2. Drink 6- 8 glasses of water per day because water helps to flush our system.

3. Try to stay stress-free because stress can bring on all sorts of illnesses.

4. Start a hobby, learn to laugh and smile watch comedies, go on a nature walk, get involved in a sport, LEARN TO LOVE LIFE, stop and smell the ROSES along life’s journey.

5. Start an exercise program, sign up for a gym, go walking, etc…

6. Spend time with family and friends.

7. Join a charity and give a helping hand, for example, a soup kitchen.

  1. I totally agree, it is so important to eat well as a means for staying healthy. So many people are decreasing their health because of the foods they choose to eat. I personally try to avoid eating too much sugar. I noticed that all of the foods on this list are fruits, which can be high in natural sugars. Do you have any recommendations for foods that burn fat that are lower in natural sugar?

    • Hello AHeg it is so good to meet you and I am glad to hear that you have taken control of your health. Other fruits that are low in sugar are strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, avocados and blackberries. These are just a few that are low in sugar.

Hope this helps, all the best to you and have a good day.

  2. Hey,
Nice article here. I have just started back eating healthy. You listed that oranges was one of the foods that burns fat. I eat about 3 of those a day. I feel kind of proud because my six pack is coming back! I also eat bananas as well. I have noticed that I do not have a taste for fast foods like I used to have. Thanks for the information here.

    • Hello Kendrick it is so good to hear from you again and it is great to know that you are on the road to good health and that your six pack is coming back. It is so important to maintain good health because we look and we feel great when we do just that and that is taking care of our health.

It is good to know that the taste of fast foods it dying off, These foods may taste great but if we continue to eat them on a regular we could have some health issues. Moderation is always key or not eating them at all is better.

I am glad that I could help, all the best to you and have a good day.

  3. Thank you for interesting article, I think I am going to try that skinne. I had a hysterectomy a couple of years ago, and since then, have gained 20 pounds. 4. Staying active is the best natural and effective way to staying fit. I didn’t know grapefruit was a good fat burner fruit as well. I never really liked grapefruit but I will eat it almost everyday if it will increase my immune system and help me eliminate this belly fat! Thanks for these great reminders that I should really start doing in my life more like sleep for more than 6 hours. =D

    • Hello Liz so good to meet you, staying active is great but what makes it even better is to make these fat burners a regular part of your diet. I am glad that I could help, thanks for commenting all the best to you and have a good day.

  5. God’s way of eating provides us with a lot better health than our ways. Fresh and healthy is best. I am glad to see so many people trying to change their health for the better. I like healthy recipes, too. I didn’t see any on your site; did I miss them? or can you add some?

    • Hello Dawn you are right God’s way is the best way. I will be adding some healthy recipes so stay tune. All the best to you and have a good day.

  6. We dig our graves with our fork and knives. That’s pretty deep! There’s a lot of truth in that.

I’ve never suffered with my weight, but I’ve tried to cut excess (to me) fat before. I have found that sort works way better than exercise.

On the subject of those foods, I heard that grapefruit has a certain chemical that prevents an enzyme in your liver working. This means grapefruit combined with coffee might potentiate the effect of the caffeine! Cool huh?

    • Hello Joe so good to hear from you and healthy eating is the way to go. I am glad that you commented, thanks for sharing, all the best you and keep eating healthy.

  7. Hi Norman,
I love oranges and apples. Grapefruits, not so much. Now seeing the benefit or oranges and apple, I’ll be sure to buy them every time I go grocery shopping. It’s amazing how the food you eat plays a big part in how healthy you are and tweaking it a bit can do wonders for you.
I really love your site here. I’m going to poke around and get some more healthy food tips.
    Thank you,
