Kiwi is a favorite of mine and despite the size of this tiny fruit, kiwi is loaded with vitamins and has many health benefits. Kiwifruit is a native of China, this fruit was introduced to New Zealand, after many years, and eventually made its way to the USA.
The name of the kiwi fruit before it changed was called the Chinese gooseberry. But how can a diet in kiwi fruit benefit us in living a more healthy lifestyle?

I love kiwis! I knew that they help out with the blood pressure, but I never knew that they also help with the eye health. Thanks for the post. I am a little concerned about my eye health and from now on, I will make sure to eat some Kiwis from time to time!
