  1. Wow I did not know cabbage was so good for you I wish it was advertised more or made known to the public on how a simple vegetable like cabbage can be so healthy.
I do like to eat cabbage and enjoy it with meats and potatoes.
I also like to eat garlic but I must admit I don’t have enough of the stuff in my daily diet like I should.
I like the fact that the goodness from cabbage and garlic can be extracted into a pill form.

Once again your article is great, every time I read one of your articles I enjoy it very much!
I knew that cabbage is very healthy but I didn’t know that it decrease the bad cholesterol. The Garlic complex seems to be of good benefits for the health as well. You see I don’t have much time to cook healthy meals so this will definitely help.
Just a question, please. What is the recommended quantity per day?
    Thank you very much

    • Hi Daniella thanks for responding and for those kind words, I believe that if you eat one serving per day this should help alot. Thanks again all the best to you and have a good day.

  3. Ok, so cool, when making cabbage soup, no need to worry about too much of a salty taste 🙂 I have used cabbage as a detox and to slim down with. It is one of those vegetables that works great! And yes, when I cook it, I don’t cook it until it is mush. I like it better a little on the crunchy side, very yummy!
