  1. I love the watermelon face! It was interesting to read how many vitamins watermelons have, even though they are made up of so much water. I love them, and hate that you can really only get them in the summer time. And all the health benefits, just proves that eating fresh fruit and vegetables are so much better for you than all the canned and frozen stuff in the stores.

    • Hello again Matt’s Mom, you are right about that fresh fruits are much more healthier, I am gald that I could help, all the best to you my dare lady.

  2. As melons go, watermelon is my second favorite, the first spot being taken by Canary melons. I didn’t know about some facts you presented. I didn’t know that all parts of watermelon are edible and I still can’t see how the rind could be used in a meal, it’s one of the toughest in the fruit kingdom, anyway I might give it a try. It’s my understanding that’s also true for winter melon and all the melon family.

  3. Hello here, thanks for the information about the watermelon. I like these fruits because they Aare sweet and offer great benefits.
I eat them in the summer especially when is hot outside. The watermelon is good for losing weight, cleansing the digestive system and kidneys.
