Rosemary herb is known for its flavor and many health benefits, but how do we make this herbal tea that has proven to bring natural healing?

  • Use rosemary leaves dried or fresh
  • A cup of hot water
  • A teaspoon
  • Honey or sugar

1. Bring water to boil.

2. Add a teaspoon of rosemary to the cup.

3. Add hot water and let rosemary simmer for 5 minutes

4. Strain and add a little honey or sugar.
