  1. This is a great article. I love apples! I usually try to have one in the morning and one as a bed time snack. I knew they were pretty healthy for me but I didn’t know the full extent ! I will be sure to revisit this site man, alot of great information

    We actually have a saying in our country, it’s probably worldwide spread though. It’s “An apple a day, keeps the doctor away”. And I think they’re just about right. They’re healthy and actually good when you eat them. I usually eat an apple per 2 days on average. Thanks for the article.

  5. I love apples. The best are those from our tree. I know they are healthy and have not been sprayed with various chemicals. You made pretty fun facts, for some I really did not know. it’s nice to know more. Apples are full of vitamins, but unfortunately people are spraying them with chemicals in order to have longer duration. It is a shame. Did you hear about apple diet? Have you tried?

  6. I grew up in Akron, Ohio where there are a lot of apples and apple cider was a staple in every household. I live in California now and while we do have apples here, they never seem as good and fresh as they did when I was a kid. I try to eat them still a couple of times a week because I have noticed that I feel better and my digestion is noticeably better. They are as good as candy to me. 🙂

    Great article! I’ve found it very informative and fun!
    I love apples especially the red ones. I always thought that apples contain only vitamin C, but I wasn’t aware that it has other vitamins than vitamins C. There is a proverb that says, if you eat an apple per day you will never go to the doctor:)
